Students of the master program Wildtierökologie und Wildtiermanagement get an overview of basic principles of wildlife management, i.e. use, control and conservation of bird and mammal populations

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students passing this lecture know basic terms and methods of wildlife management and can judge the efficiency and effectiveness of management strateiges and aims. This includes the conservation, the use and the control of wildlife.
