Content: This year we offer two different topics:

1) Cultivars and breeding for high tolerance against leaf peach curl (Taphrina deformans) in organic peach production Supervisor: Dr. Andreas Spornberger
2)Delaying the date of budbreak as a strategy to reduce late frost damage risk in grapevines (Vitis vinifera) Supervisor: Dr. Jose Carlos Herrera

Previous knowledge expected: Only master students.
Students who attended the seminar "Organic fruit growing and viticulture" (958.316 or 958.317) are given preference.
Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences): Learning of scientific working techniques and gaining, processing and presentation of data and results.
