Introductory lectures
Literature, laboratory, green house work (project type work) relevant for the development of in situ remediation technology and presentations by the participants
--> 2 groups (1 morning, 1 afternoon) on 4 days (mondays) on the campus Tulln.

Introduction to research techniques and methods for the development of novel, cost-efficient, sustainable in situ remediation technology for contaminated soils and sediments. The emphasis is on phytoremediation, chemical in-situ fixation using soil amendments and natural attenuation.
