Principles and methods of Labour Science in Agriculture (Work Planning and Workplace Design)

evaluate effective, efficient, humanitarian as well as sustainable approaches for solving existing problems related to work, in particular labour practices in agriculture

-ascertain tasks and requirements
-know performance requirements (capacity and willingness to perform)
-identify burden, stress and fatigue
-evaluate and judge workplaces
-describe process technology in its most relevant components (work 4.0)
-ascertain company data
-calculate and interpret working time requirements (working time calculation in agriculture)
-know the methods of calculation of working time, working time analysis and the basic principles of scheduling and model analysis
-carry out work planning (planning of work sequences, work proposition and capacity adjustment)
-know the principles of guidance technology (personal management, Eisenhower’s principle, Parkinson’s law and leadership)
