Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The students are required to accomplish non-motorized traffic research in small teams. The results are presented and discussed. The seminar aims at procuring a basic understanding of non-motorized traffic. Students should develop the skills required to design appropriate facilities for pedestrians and cyclists. They should also be able to evaluate such facilities in terms of their safety, functionality and efficiency.
