Administrative requirements (inventory of production potential; cellar-book; accompanying documents....).
Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences): To impart to the students comprehensive knowledge of the legal framework concerning the wine-sector and the feeling for legal requirements as the bounds between innovation (concerning the labelling or production of wine) and infringements of winelaw.
