Content

The second part will be about the risk and security discourse in the context of new technological developments.

Specifically, we will deal with the regulation of the use of nanotechnologies, especially nanomaterials.

This includes the following areas :
- Psychology - risk perception, individual risk assessment
- Sociology - social risk assessment, risk discourse, risk communication
- Risk ethics and risk policies
- Integrative and participatory methods of risk analysis and evaluation
- Risk regulation and risk governance
- New technologies - for example, nanotechnologies

Previous knowledge expected

Preparedness for natural sciences and interdisciplinary thinking, otherwise none
