FOREST LAW: in depth Parts I.-VI. of Forest Act 1975, from Part XII. Tasks of experts and liability of forest owner and forest personell; principles of Parts VII., IX.-XII.
HUNTING LAW: Definition and content of “hunting rights”, game animals; types of hunting ground and their management; licences; rules for hunting, liability for damages; representative groups
FISCHERIES LAW: Similar to Hunting Law, but to a lesser degree of details
Principles of environmental law and gun-control law.

Students shall know a) the principles of the forest-legislation and the connected rules of the Forest Act 1975 and be able to apply these. b) the principles of Austrian hunting an fisheries law as well as the most important rules of the province of their origin. In all parts they shall know the authorities and the rules of procedure, tasks and powers of guarding personell, as well as important rules of connected environmental law and gun-control law.
