Content

Students learn traditional and modern hunting horn music on either Pless and/or Parforce horns. Music is played in B-flat tuning as well as with the parforce horns in B-flat and E-flat tuning. The course develops a diverse repertoire and provides background knowledge on the origin and development of hunting music.
The course demands and promotes the ability to work as a team in the group and aims at performances at - among others - various events of the BOKU. The students are taught the ability to participate in hunting horn groups at home and abroad.
