Students are familiar with bases of plant biotechnology:
+ know the most important factors of plant tissue culture
+ understand processes of regeneration and differentiation
+ know the most frequently employed methods of gene transfer into crop plants
+ recognize the importance of biotechnological breeding methods
+ know the most relevant fruit allergens and PR proteins
