The compulsory practical seminar on viticulture and oenology is the accompanying course for your internship as part of your degree programme. According to the curriculum, 8 weeks of practical training must be completed.
Contents of the internship seminar:
- Exchange of experiences between students about their internship
- Short presentation of the internship (10 min): 2-3 slides on the company & the region; activities in the company (3-4 slides), summary of the internship (what was learnt, which experiences were new, which could be deepened; personal summary of the internship (1-2 slides)
- Internship report with the points mentioned above (5-8 pages max.)

The prerequisite for the succesful completion is an absolved internship in the scope of 8 weeks with a work load of 40 hours/week. A written internship confirmation is to be presented.

- Students present their experiences during their internship in a viticultural business
- Through presentations from colleagues, students get to know a wide variety of company philosophies and working methods
