Content

Most scientists concerned with foresights expect significant changes over the coming decades. However, there is a wide spectrum regarding the character of the changes, the triggering factors, the consequences of the changes and when they can be expected. This lecture will take a look at these "problems bigger than self".

•Students can explain the main concepts and methods with respect to foresight and scenarios, and discuss their advantages as well as limits
•Students can critically reflect on future scenarios and their underlying assumptions
