The impact of two different farming practices in the Marchfeld (organic and conventional management) on physical and chemical soil properties will be studied. One excursion day will introduce the study area and soil will be classified with common field methods. Soil samples will be collected for main soil characterisation in the laboratories. Obtained results will be interpreted and discussed in respect to research hypothesis.
