Data management, data exploration and transformation, linear and non-linear models, mixed effect models, diversity measures, cluster analysis and ordination methods, analysis of communities and their relationship with the environment. Depending on the interest of participants, additional topics may include species distribution models, functional traits, physiological models or the use of online data sources. Participants can work with their own data or data supplied, but in any case should explore all aspects covered.
