Upon completion of this course, you will be able to
- set up a planning and decision-making process for large public planning projects
- prepare and organize the management for such a process
- apply decision support tools such as multi-criteria analysis and cost-benefit analysis
- plan and implement an accompanying public participation process
- monitor and evaluate implemented measures in terms of output, outcome and impact
