Content

We will private and public spaces of the headquarter of the homeless initiative Neunerhaus in Vienna.
Students develop a new design based on thorough analysis.
The course is organised as a studio in a real life setting, acting as if we were part of a landscape architecture firm. All steps are carried out (fromthe first analysis to the calculation of costs on the basis of the execution plans). There will be two external presentations.

Previous knowledge expected

Design skills and knowledge ist requested such as landscape architectural design and theory, urban planning , implementation planning, presentation, technical and planting knowledge;

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Designing a project on all levels as well as detailled planning of construction for execution and calculation of costs.
