BOKU Blaskapelle is BOKU‘s very own wind orchestra, performing a wide range of repertoire at many fun filled social events as a well as contributing to keeping Austria’s orchestra traditions alive.

Yearly concert
Workshops
Participation in competitions for wind orchestra organized by the Wiener Blasmusikverband (“Konzertwertung” organized by Vienna’s society for wind orchestras)
Marching contests (“Marschwertung“)
Attendance at traditional Austrian music festivals

This meeting is held at the start of every semester and will give you all the information you need to become a member of BOKU Blaskapelle and about forthcoming activities. Additionally, the course directors and section leaders will be present to answer all your questions.
