This lab based course deals with the practical part of Ecology of roots and Mycorrhiza. It runs parallel with the theoretical course Ecology of roots and mycorrhiza I and helps you to better understand function and processes discussed in ecology of roots and mycorrhiza I. You also learn interesting and useful methods related to roots and mycorrhiza.
To do this course you either have done the course Ecology of roots and mycorrhiza I or take you can take it in parallel. We strongly advice you to take the two courses in parallel as the lab course Ecology of roots and mycorrhiza II is planed and scheduled to fit with the theoretical course Ecology of roots and mycorrhiza I
