° Emissions of greenhouse gases and their effects
- Climate models
- Changes in the water cycle
- Drought effects and temperature stress
- Increases in CO 2, surface-level ozone and UV b
- Effects of increases in nitrogen deposition

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Presenting an overview about direct and indirect effects of global change on (semi-)natural ecosystems, agriculture and forestry. Explaining climate change as a component of global change. Conveying information on biological mechanisms how vegetation is affected.
