This is a training course for the assessment of field data and their evaluation at the stand level. The following procedures will be exercised in detail: Full cruising, fixed radius plots, angle count (point-) sampling (as full samples and using standard height curves), deadwood inventory.

The contents of the courses **“Forest Statistics” (OEKB100147)** and **“Waldmesskunde” (OEKB100159)** are assumed to be known. Successful completion of the corresponding course examinations prior to participation in **“Biometrie im Lehrforst”** is therefore **STRONGLY RECOMMENDED**.
