This year, our topic is event management. How does such event planning look like in theory, and how can it be implemented in practice? The BOKU Wine/Juice 2026 event, taking place on May 8, 2026, serves as the foundation for the practical component. Students will be integrated into the BOKU Wine event; that is, we will plan, design, and carry out the tasting together.
The double sessions before and after BOKU Wine serve the general preparation and follow-up of an event, and the experiences gathered during the implementation will particularly feed into the follow-up.
Students will be taught aspects of event management, with a focus on the preparation and follow-up of an event. Using the BOKU Wine event as a foundation, this will also be learned in practice.
