1. Theory:
a) Introduction into organic farming in Austria
b) Organic farming, protection of climate, species and biotope diversity
c) Organic farming, water and soil protection
d) Fixing seminar topics
2. Practical Implementation:
e) Writing a seminar work on selected topics of organic farming related to the protection of natural resources in small groups
f) Presenting the seminar work (15 min. oral, 5 min. discussion)
