Discussion of current events at universities, in Vienna, Austria, the EU or worldwide, from different perspectives but in the light of sustainability.
The specific topics covered will be based on current events and will be geared to the interests of the participants and the expertise of the instructors. Additional experts will be brought in as needed.
Students and teachers are encouraged to contribute topics and perspectives. The more diverse the topics and perspectives, the more instructive the course will be.

Interest in current events on a local to global scale. No prior knowledge of the subject matter is required.

The aim of the course is to offer students and lecturers the opportunity to discuss current events in the context of sustainability and to learn about different approaches, interpretations, world views, etc.
Acquire the ability to critically and systematically examine ecological, socio-economic and political developments.
Acquire the ability to concisely present events and ask relevant questions.
