The course introduces various basic research concepts on Transformative Behaviour:
• Theory of transformation policy by Prof. Sonja Haunstein (DTU Copenhagen)
• Mobility cultures by Dr. Thomas Klinger (ILS Dortmund)
• Transformation within the mobility sector (factor 8) by Prof. Cathy Macharis (VUB Brussels)
• Visit to Aspern Living Lab by Prof. Martin Berger (3420 AG & TU Wien)
• Research methods in transport and transformation sciences by Prof. Yusak Susilo (BOKU)
• System thinking by Prof. Astrid Gühnemann (BOKU)
• An overview on peer-review processes and journal publications by Dr. Veronique Van Acker (LISER Luxembourg)
• Open science practices by Dr. Aldo Arránz-López (Zaragosa)
• Communication of academic research by Dr. Thomas Klinger (ILS Dortmund)

After successful completion of the course, the students will be able to identify and measure the critical elements and processes in transforming individual behaviours.
The student would have basic knowledge skills to engage with peer-review process and communicate their doctoral research outputs.
The students would have basic knowledge in working with different type of research and different level of analyses.
