The SIA International takes the publication of the results of the multiannual cooperation of an international working group of the German Academy for Spatial Research and Planning (ARL) , which is also attended by women experts from Switzerland, as an occasion for an Export Meeting on the topic of "Gendered Approaches to Spatial Development in Europe".

Together with the frau+sia network and the Lares association, SIA International offers this event a platform for the interdisciplinary as well as (inter-) national exchange on the subject of "Equality between men and women at work" and "Planning and building for everyday needs".

National and international scientists and planning practitioners will lecture and discuss:  Barbara Zibell, before Leibniz University Hanover; Marion Roberts, University of Westminster, London; Doris Damyanovic, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna; Ulrike Sturm, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts; Alexa Bodammer, network frau+sia; Stephanie Tuggener, Lares association.
