DFST presents itself in a new video

Get an insight into research, education and student activities at the Department of Food Science and Technology (DFST)

For more than a year, personal onsite contact with visitors, students and colleagues is restricted. At the same time, the interest in information on research activities, cooperation possibilities, infrastructure, lectures and options for the conduction of thesis and internships is increasing.  

In response to such needs, the Department of Food Science and Technology supported by BOKU Media Department has produced a video to present its institutes and selected highlights.

Based on the BOKU competence areas, the video covers topics related to consumer science, technology and analytics as well as student and entrepreneurial activities.

Therewith, research and industry partners, students and not least the interested public obtain informative insights into working fields and infrastructure of the department as well as into the fascinating area of food research.
