DER ALIMENTARIUS 2022 - Science Award of the magazine DIE ERNÄHRUNG announced!

The scientific advisory board of the journal DIE ERNÄHRUNG will again award a science prize in 2022 for outstanding scientific work from topics and issues along the entire food chain.

A high priority is given to research around current issues and tasks from food and nutrition sciences. All necessary information on submission and evaluation can be found at

The aim is to promote young academics and to raise public awareness of food issues.

Prizes will be awarded for one scientific work in each of the two categories dissertation and diploma or master thesis from one of the following fields

Science with a focus on nutrition and food science or related fields of study,
Law with a focus on business and food law,
Technology with a focus on food and biotechnology or related fields of study, and
Economics with a focus on marketing (e.g., retail, consumer research), socioeconomics, and economics.
