Disaster Research Days

This year's "Disaster Research Days" will take place at the University of Innsbruck on 13 and 14 October. Once again, researchers from BOKU will be present. Science and research play an essential role in preventing disasters and building resilient systems. The transfer of scientific findings into practice as well as the joint discourse with expert representatives from authorities, emergency organisations and the economy are crucial in order to be best prepared for challenges in the prevention and management of disasters. The Disaster Research Days 2022 support this dialogue and the networking between the individual scientific disciplines and fields in disaster management.
