Poster prize for Julia Thoma at the 14th ÖGMBT Annual Meeting

Julia Thoma, doctoral student at the Institute of Biochemistry in the Staudacher group received one of the four coveted poster prizes at the 14th ÖGMBT Annual Meeting. With her poster she demonstrated for the first time the expression and characterization of an exoglycosidase from mollusk origin. Her findings contribute in unraveling the N-glycan degradation pathway in mollusk species such as Arion vulgaris.
