Extended flexible working hours during Summer 2026

The prolonged heat periods have prompted the Staff Council and the Rector’s Office to amend the existing company agreement on flexible working hours to reflect the changed start times:

Previously, the extension of the flexitime framework from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. applied only during the period from July 10 to September 10.

The company agreement, which takes effect immediately, now extends this expanded flexitime framework to the period from June 1 to September 30. During these months, employees may make use of the flexitime framework from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Colleagues who are excluded from the flexible workling hours agreement may also temporarily adjust their work schedules during the period from June 1 to September 30 and may set their starting time as early as 6:00 a.m.
