Cancellation

Participants who cancel their registration due to special circumstances more than 30 days before the meeting will receive a refund minus 10 percent for bank charges.
Fees remain payable in full, for cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the meeting, although the fee is transferable to another representative. All participants will receive a copy of the proceedings.
