To collect your printouts at our multifunctional units you have to log in at the device at first.

Please keep in mind that print jobs

  • that have at least been printed once are deleted from the server after 24 hours,
  • that were not printed are deleted from the server after 7 days,
  • marked as favorites are never deleted from the server,
  • sent via direct printing are deleted from the server immediately after successful printing

 

By tapping on "SafeQ Print" you reach the printing menu

Here you have three options to choose from

  • Print jobs
    Here you can find all of your current, not yet printed print jobs.

  • Printed
    Here you can find all those print jobs that have already been printed at least once. These print jobs remain available for further printing for 24 hours after the first printing. After this, they are automatically deleted.

  • Favorites
    Here you can find print jobs that you have added to your favorites via the BOKUprint web interface (see Web-Interface)

To prevent misuse please keep in mind to log off. After starting the print job you can already log off!
