Service voucher

The price of the BOKU-Bike includes an initial service voucher that can be redeemed at our contractual partner dieRadstation - Trendwerk at Vienna Central Station.

The initial service should be carried out after around 200 kilometres or at the latest three months after delivery of the bike to ensure optimum function.

Included in the initial service:

• Tightening the bolts
• Checking the wheel bearings
• Checking and centring the wheel
• Checking and adjusting the brakes
• Checking and adjusting the gears
• Checking the chain
• Checking the handlebar unit
• Checking and adjusting the headset
• Checking the tyres
• Test ride

Frames and guide values for determining the frame size

Please note that the guide tables can only be an aid to sizing and that the actual frame size depends, for example, on your stride length. If in doubt, we recommend that you opt for the smaller frame size. Thanks to the adjustable saddle and the adjustable handlebar stem, the bike can also be easily adjusted for taller people.
