Applied Limnology & Limnology and Wetland Management

2:00-3:00 p.m.

The English Master's programme in Applied Limnology and the international Master's programme in Limnology and Wetland Management both focus on water as a natural resource and its influence on ecosystems. Students from a wide range of countries learn about the critical ecological state of aquatic life and how to protect it. Thanks to its extensive international network of partner universities, the programme provides an excellent networking opportunity and a global perspective on this threatened resource.

The lecture will be held in English.

Watermanagement and Environmental Engineering

3:00-4:00 p.m.

The English-language Master's programme in Water Management and Environmental Engineering deals with water as a resource that is the basis of all life. The use, protection and distribution of water, as well as preparation for its future management, are central components of this programme.

The lecture will be held in English.

Cultural engineering and water management

4:00-5:00 p.m.

The German-language Master's programme in Cultural Engineering and Water Management focuses primarily on water and soil resources. By imparting knowledge in the natural sciences, technology and engineering, the programme aims to enable the planning and design of infrastructure required for the use of water and soil.

The lecture will be held in German.

Alpine Natural Dangers / Watershed Regulation

5:00-6:00 p.m.

This German-language Master's programme in Alpine Natural Dangers/Watershed Regulation allows students to play an active role in protecting Alpine habitats and settlements. The programme develops innovative solutions for dealing with natural hazards, such as avalanches, mudslides and floods.
