This system couples a Vanquish™ UHPLC System with the IQ-X Orbitrap via an Auto-Ready ion source capable of operating in polarity switching mode. The high resolution mass spectrometer with resolution up to 500,000 at m/z 200 can achieve scan rates up to 40Hz and record mass spectra with high mass accuracy and mass range from m/z 50 to 2,000. MSⁿ precursor isolation from m/z 50–2,000 and sensitive mass analysis of different fragmentation types including CID and HCD.
