Seminar 22/04/2026: Finished your PhD, what now?

You are about to finish your PhD, or just finished it, and you are still wondering what is your next step? This seminar is for you!

Objective:

The participants will get an overview of BOKU-relevant national and international funding programmes for young scientists.

  • Get to know selected BOKU-relevant national and international funding programs and their essential features and differences.
  • Identify which funding bodies / funding programs are suitable for the planned project.

 

Content: Current information and advice on selected national and international funding programs for young researchers, including:

  • FWF career programs
  • ÖAW Fellowships
  • Marie Curie Fellowships
  • ERC Starting Grant

We will provide you with general tips for a successful application*
