Master thesis int. variant "Biomass technology"
You need a supervisor at BOKU and a supervisor at TUM. The main supervisor is at the university where you are on site.
The Master's thesis must in any case be registered at TUM and handed in at the examination office there (even if the main supervision of the thesis takes place at BOKU). The registration and administrative handling of the Master's thesis is done according to the FPSO of TUM. If you have any questions, please contact the study coordination in Straubing.
A maximum of 6 months is allowed between registration and submission of the master's thesis.

The Master's thesis can be written at BOKU, but then the second supervisor must be from the partner university TUM. Information on the general conditions of a master thesis at BOKU as well as the administrative procedures can be found on the homepage of the Study Services under "Master's thesis". The following documents are required for the registration of the Master's thesis and have to be handed in at the Student Services, Department of Degrees:
- Form "Registration of the Master's thesis (for courses of study with presentation or defensio)" with signature of the main supervisor, co-supervisor and BOKU Head of Institute
- Confirmation of the chosen topic by the NAWARO programme supervisor, either in the form of an email or by signature on the registration form
- Confirmation from BOKU-International Relations (BOKU_IR) stating that the supervisor from TUM is authorised to supervise the thesis
- Additionally in case of main supervision by TUM: form "Application for appointment of an external examiner and supervisor"
