GreenPATH Partners Meet in Osijek to Shape the Future of Greener Urban Mobility
The partners of the GreenPATH project gathered in Osijek for their 4th Steering Committee meeting, a two-day event hosted by the city of Osijek, project partner, that brought together experts and local representatives from across Central Europe.
The meeting marked an important step forward in the project’s mission to make daily commuting healthier, greener, and more sustainable. Partners reviewed progress, exchanged experiences, and discussed upcoming activities aimed at helping cities and regions to address challenges of sustainable commuting, develop innovative solutions, and encourage a shift towards more eco-friendly transport choices.
One of the highlights of the event was the co-design and peer review workshop, where partners shared ideas, best practices, and lessons learned as they are halfway through the implementation of their pilot actions. This open and collaborative session proved especially stimulating and fruitful, sparking new ideas and strengthening cooperation between the different cities and organizations involved.
During the two days, participants also worked together on improving communication strategies, preparing future project phases, and ensuring that the knowledge gained so far can benefit local communities and policy makers across the region.
GreenPATH continues to demonstrate how European collaboration can lead to practical solutions for cleaner, more connected, and more liveable cities.
