KinderBOKU is organizing autumn holidays for school children of BOKU members (born in 2014 or later) for the five days of school holidays in Vienna this year, from October 27th to October 31st, 2025.

The autumn holidays take place from monday to friday from 8am to 4:30pm at Türkenschanze in Gregor-Mendelhaus.

The costs amount to 27€ per child and day (including lunch) and will be invoiced afterwards.

The children will be supervised by the "Flying Nannies" of the Children's Office of the University of Vienna (supervision ratio 5:1), who will provide a varied program of fun and games, and will respond to the interests of the children.

The binding online registration will be possible from September 9th, 2025, 1pm until September 24th, 2025, 11:59pm and is reserved for BOKU employees and BOKU students.

Please complete a separate online form for each child and confirm the required data protection information and the cancellation policy at the end of the form.

The registration is binding as soon as you have sent the form.
After checking the data you have put in and submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This will contain a summary of your details as well as information on the autumn holidays and the cancellation policy attached. You can no longer change the data you have entered.

The following applies:

  • binding registration (cancellations see below) by September 24th, 2025
  • only weekly registrations are possible, no single days
  • school children born in 2014 or later can be registered

Please note our cancellation policy, to which you must give your consent at the end of the online form.

Cancellation of a booking is only possible and valid in writing by e-mail to kinderboku_herbstferien@boku.ac.at.

Cancellation policy:

  • less than 14 days before the start of the autumn holidays (October 27th, 2025): 100% of the costs

We strive to make registration for the summer holidays fair. If the demand exceeds the available places, we will try to enable as many children as possible to take part and, if necessary, reduce the number of days per child.
