Purification of substances (preparation in pure form)
•Distillation (in vacuum/normal pressure, rectification, azeotropic distillation)
•Standard equipment in organic chemistry
•Separation techniques in organic chemistry (including separation by extraction, based on compound acidity)
•Chromatography (theory, overview) with focus on thin layer and column chromatography.
