In summer semester 2022, an excursion consisting of three independent days will take place in Austria.

The excursion is currently being planned. A detailed plan as well as the excursion contribution will be announced.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students
- gain insights into Austrian wine-growing regions
- understand structural and production-related differences in selected winegrowing regions
- learn about the geographical and climatic conditions in selected wine-growing regions
- assess the effects of political structures and marketing strategies on the wine industry
- increase knowledge of area- and country-specific wines and their characteristics
