Content

The lecture consists of seven teaching units, with compulsory attendance.

The first lectures give an overview about the program and basic knowledge about viticulture, wine-making and sensory analysis. The following units display wine producing countries and their terroir, climates, production systems and wines. Lectures will be held by external experts in viticulture. Students organize in groups to present about other winegrowing regions of their interests (groups and regions will be decided during the first lecture).

We ask 5€/student to participate to the wine selection of the lectures.
