Central plane force system and Central force system in general

Equilibrium tasks and examples. Illustration of internal forces of statically determined systems and hing systems. Simple truss systems - node methods and "Ritterschnitt"-method. Graphic Control of the methods before mentioned.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The reaction of loads on structural elements will be introduced.

The interaction of the internal forces with the external loading will be discussed and the ilustration of the internal force functions on systems will be shown. With this concepts the student should be able to solve static systems with several support conditions. Additionally truss systems are considered at the end of the course.
