Each year various topics will be presented by different lecturers from other universities, based on their special fields. Since the lecture is based on the presence of guest lecturers from other universities from abroad, the actual dates of thier presentations can only be given on shorter notice

After successful completion of the course, the students are able to answer questions out of the treated topics and understand relationships between technological and scientific aspects of various food stuffs
