Basic marketing concepts and terminology; basic factors underlying marketing decisions (consumer behaviour, market and marketing information, role of campaigns, timing and co-ordination).

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The aim of this lecture series is to teach the students the basic principles behind marketing and to help them understand the important factors underlying decisions regarding a product's marketing mix.
