Non-alcoholic beverages and mixed beverages, raw materials and ingredients, product development, beverage process engineering and technology, beverage microbiology and monitoring, aspects of beverage analysis and process measurement technology
Additional aspects of beverage technology will be covered in the following courses: Brewery technology, Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology, Processing of Plant Products, Grape Processing and Technical Principles of Winemaking, Food Technology I, Dairy Technology

The students obtain an overview on product and process related particularities for the manufacturing of beverages. They learn to identify main technical challenges and develop the necessary practical experience.
