Analytical methods of soil research applied to laboratory work. Methods of spectroscopy and chromatography are carried out according to selected examples in the lab. The tasks are carried out in small groups of 2-3 students. The students are given the opportunity to carry out analyses of samples independently, according to the respective task. The last part of the exercise consists in the analysis and interpretation of the results. In this part of the exercise is the preparation of the basis for the seminar.
