Oilseed crop production is a rapidly developing field within agronomy. In this lecture, new genetic and agronomic developments in oilseed crops as well as specific aspects of utilisation of vegetable oil will be summarised. Moreover, special topics such as crop rotation problems, new crops or genetically engineered oilseed crops will be covered in a seminar.
