Content

Students gain practical insights into grapevine cultivation and applied cellar technologies from wineries. In the winter semester, the focus lies on different grape processing and wine making approaches.

So far the course is planned as a full-day excursion in presence.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Knowledge about applied viticultural practices such as vineyard construction and maintenance, trellising systems, cellar management methods and sensorial evaluation.
