- Guidelines, certification, control, labeling of organic products
- Obstacles and potential of converting to BLW
- Soil fertility, nutrient supply, fertilization in organic farming
- Environmental risk of production systems, nutrient supply, and sustainability of crop rotations in BLW
- Functions and planning of crop rotations in BLW
- Previous crop/subsequent crop relationships and self-incompatibilities in BLW crop rotations
- Creation of crop rotations for different types of farms
- Selected methods of farm analysis when converting to organic farming
- Optimized cultivation methods in organic farming (e.g., strip cropping, agroforestry systems, market gardening)
- Current developments in organic farming in consulting and practice (guest contribution)
- Scientific experiments on organic farming

- evaluate the crop rotation of a working farm
- work in groups with several participants
